Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (or turkey)

1 packet taco seasoning

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

2 cups tortilla chips (crushed)

Olive oil (for toasting)

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions (usually adding water and simmering).

Prepare the Work Surface: Lay one large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, add a few tablespoons of the seasoned ground beef.

Layer Ingredients: Top the beef with 2-3 tablespoons of nacho cheese sauce, a handful of crushed tortilla chips, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.

Fold the Tortilla: Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center to create a sealed round shape. Make sure to tuck in any edge so that the filling does not fall out.

Toast the Crunchwrap: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve warm with additional sour cream and salsa on the side, if desired.
