Ingredients

1 lobster tail, shelled and chopped

1 cup crab meat, lump or claw

1 cup salmon fillet, diced

8 oz fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of the pasta water.

Sauté the Seafood: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the lobster and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly opaque. Add salmon and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the crab meat and sauté for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium-low and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Gradually pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.

Add Flavor: Stir in Cajun seasoning, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to simmer gently while stirring for about 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly. If the sauce is too thick, add the reserved pasta water a little at a time to achieve desired consistency.

Combine: Add the cooked fettuccine and sautéed seafood back to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta and seafood are well coated in the creamy Cajun sauce. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Plate the Cajun Seafood Alfredo onto serving dishes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for color and flavor.
