For a tasty cheesy beef wraps recipe, use fresh, quality ingredients. First, choose your ground beef. I like to use 80/20 ground beef. It has enough fat for flavor but isn’t too greasy. You need that balanced richness to make each wrap satisfying.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced bell peppers (assorted colors)

1/2 cup diced onion

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup guacamole

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.

Cook the beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Once the beef and veggies are cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt and blend with the mixture.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Scoop an even portion of the cheesy beef mixture onto each tortilla.

Add a dollop of sour cream and guacamole on top of the beef mixture in each wrap.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, securing the filling inside.

For a crispy finish, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. (Optional)

Slice the wraps in half at an angle and arrange them on a serving platter.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with extra sour cream and guacamole on the side for dipping.
