Ingredients

1 large French baguette or ciabatta loaf

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, and cream cheese until well combined.

Stir in the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, crumbled feta, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated into a cheesy spread.

Slice the baguette or ciabatta in half lengthwise. Place the halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.

Spread the cheesy garlic mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

For an extra crispy topping, you can broil the bread for the last 2-3 minutes, but watch it closely to prevent burning.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into pieces.

Garnish with extra chopped parsley before serving for added color and flavor.
