Instructions
Start by preparing all your ingredients: peel and dice the mango, chop the pineapple, and slice the banana.
In a blender, combine the diced mango, pineapple chunks, sliced banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and honey or maple syrup (if desired).
Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender for a chilled and refreshing smoothie.
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, you can add more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Once blended, pour the smoothie into tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing tropical flavors of your smoothie!

Add more coconut milk if the smoothie is too thick.
