Instructions
In a blender, combine the chopped dragon fruit, frozen banana, coconut milk, and pineapple chunks.
If you want a touch of sweetness, add honey or agave syrup at this time.
For an extra nutrient boost, add chia seeds to the blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a colder, thicker consistency, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired, adding more coconut milk or sweetener if needed.
Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses.
