4 large flour tortillas

1 pound ground beef

8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon ketchup

Salt and pepper to taste

Lettuce leaves (for garnish)

Pickles (for garnish)

Cooking spray or olive oil (for grilling)

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat and set it aside to cool slightly.
