Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into thick strips

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 red onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Marinate Protein: In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, toss to coat evenly, and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Cook Steak: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the steak strips, searing for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, red onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.

Add Shrimp and Tomatoes: Add the marinated shrimp and halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.

Make Cream Sauce: Reduce heat to low, and stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, thickening slightly. Stir in the lemon juice.

Combine and Serve: Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and mix gently to combine everything. Cook for an additional minute to warm through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
