Season the Steaks: Start by seasoning both sides of the steaks with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Allow them to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.

    Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and slowly cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

      Cook the Steak: In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned steaks. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, depending on the thickness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy (130°F/54°C for medium rare). Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks and let them rest on a cutting board.
