2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed

1 teaspoon culinary-grade matcha powder

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 cup cold coconut water

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, matcha powder, honey or agave syrup, lime juice, and coconut water.

    Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

      Taste the refresher and adjust sweetness, adding more honey/agave if desired.

        Fill glasses with ice cubes.

          Pour the blended mixture over the ice-filled glasses.
