4 large lemons (juiced)

1 cup granulated sugar

4 cups cold water

1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and strawberry halves for garnish

In a medium-sized pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice with the granulated sugar, mixing well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

    Stir in the cold water until well combined, then set aside.

      In a blender, puree the sliced strawberries until smooth. You can strain this mixture through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother texture if desired.

        In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until soft peaks form. Take care not to overbeat.

          Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream until you achieve a marbled effect — avoid fully mixing for a beautiful pink swirl.

            To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade mixture until about three-quarters full.

              Top off each glass with a generous dollop of the whipped strawberry cream on top.
