2 large whole wheat tortillas

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1 ripe mango, diced

1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup arugula or baby spinach

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
 

In a bowl, mix the mashed avocado with lime juice, honey (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth.

    Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the avocado mixture over each tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.

      Evenly distribute the diced mango, sliced red bell pepper, arugula, and red onion over the avocado spread.

        Sprinkle chopped cilantro across the top for added freshness.

          Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. Ensure all fillings are tucked in securely.

            Cut the wraps in half diagonally to showcase the colorful fillings.
