Ingredients
  

1 pound Italian sausage (mild or spicy, depending on preference)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup marinara sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions
 

In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined and smooth.

      Stir in the cooked sausage and half of the mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

        Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

          Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

            Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil, if desired.

              Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette for dipping.
