Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

8 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package (11 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined to create the garlic herb butter.

Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto a floured surface. Stretch and flatten it gently with your hands to form a rectangle about ½ inch thick.

Using a knife or a pizza cutter, slice the pizza dough into strips about 1 inch wide.

Take each strip of dough and twist it several times to create a spiral effect, then lay them on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the top of each breadstick generously with the garlic herb butter mixture.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the buttered breadsticks for added flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and fragrant.

Remove from the oven and brush with a little olive oil for extra moisture and shine, if desired.

Serve warm, garnished with extra chopped herbs if you like.
