Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Roll out the crescent dough on a clean surface and pinch together the seams to create a solid sheet of dough. Cut the dough into 8 equal squares.

Place a scoop (about 2 tablespoons) of the beef mixture in the center of each dough square.

Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pressing down to seal completely and form a ball.

Place the formed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley for a pop of color.

                      Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve the cheeseburger bombs warm on a platter with a side of marinara or ranch dressing for dipping. Add a few sprigs of parsley around the edges for a beautiful touch!
