Ingredients
  

For the Burger Patties:

1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

12 mini sesame seed buns

12 slices of dill pickles

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

12 slices of American cheese

Optional: extra mustard and ketchup for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Special Sauce:

    - In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

      Make the Burger Patties:

        - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

          - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 12 small patties, about 1/4 inch thick.

            - Cook the patties for about 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and patties are cooked through.

              Toast the Buns:

                - While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the mini sesame seed buns on a separate skillet or in the oven until golden brown.

                  Assemble the Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers:

                    - Start by spreading a layer of special sauce on the bottom half of each bun.

                      - Add a shredded lettuce layer, followed by a slice of a cheeseburger patty.

                        - Top with a slice of dill pickle and some diced tomatoes. Spread a little more special sauce on the top bun before placing it on top to complete the burger.

                          - Repeat with the remaining buns and patties.

                            Serve:

                              - Serve immediately with extra ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping. Enjoy your delicious Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers!
