Ingredients

1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1 tablespoon coconut oil (for melting chocolate)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger candy bars, crushed graham crackers, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.

Add the smooth peanut butter, vanilla extract, and caramel sauce to the dry ingredients. Stir until a sticky dough forms.

Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. You should make about 12 to 15 truffles.

Freeze the truffles for about 15-20 minutes to set.

While the truffles are chilling, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.

Remove the truffles from the freezer, and dip each one into the melted chocolate using a fork to coat evenly. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.

Place the chocolate-coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Drizzle additional caramel sauce over each truffle and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for an added flavor contrast.

Chill the truffles again for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Serve and enjoy your delicious no-bake treats!
