Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 large egg

3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, egg, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

Mix the ingredients with your hands or a spoon until well combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can result in tough meatballs.

Using your hands, form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, roughly 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.

Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs to keep them moist while cooking, or use a pastry brush to apply the oil evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).

While the meatballs are baking, prepare a Sriracha sauce dipping mixture by combining 2 tablespoons of Sriracha with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in a small bowl for extra flavor.

Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving, and serve with the Sriracha dipping sauce on the side.
